Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, by online reschedule.
Within 24 hours of the service, you must call by phone to reschedule.
Cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment.
Reschedules have 21 operating days for services to be rendered to have a deposit applied at checkout. Covid related cancellations have 14 days. After 3 reschedules and or 21 days, deposit is forfeited and will not be applied to future services.

Timely Arrivals: Both technician and client must arrive on time for scheduled appointments. There is a 15 min. grace period allowed for appointments, if you shall exceed the limit we reserve the right to enforce an inconvenience fee.
Late Fee: $25.00
Food & Beverages: Food and beverages are allowed in the salon, however, please dispose of all trash in designated areas.
Cell Phones: Please be considerate of your surroundings. Ring tones/Ring volume should be kept at a tolerable level. No phones in the shampoo area or in the Salon Chair, A $45 FEE will incur for abusive users
Payment Methods: We proudly accept all Major CC, Android/Apple Pay, PayPal Credit, PayPal Pay in 4, HSA/FSA Benefits cards, AfterPay and Cash for services rendered. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks. *3% cc fee added for all card transactions. *Please note pricing are subject to cange without notice
