Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, by online reschedule.
Within 24 hours of the service, you must call by phone to reschedule.
Cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment.
Reschedules have 7 operating days for services to be rendered to have a deposit applied at checkout. Covid related cancellations have 14 days.
*Services paid in full or by deposit using our online booking system are NON-Refundable

Timely Arrivals: Both technician and client must arrive on time for scheduled appointments. There is a 15 min. grace period allowed for appointments, if you shall exceed the limit we reserve the right to enforce a convenience fee.
Late Fee: $25.00
Food & Beverages: Food and beverages are allowed in the salon, however, please dispose of all trash in designated areas.
Cell Phones: Please be considerate of your surroundings. Ring tones/Ring volume should be kept at a tolerable level. No phones in the shampoo area!
Payment Methods: We proudly accept all Major CC, Android/Apple Pay, PayPal Credit, PayPal Pay in 4, HSA/FSA Benefits cards, NO credit check financing and Cash for services rendered. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks. *3% cc fee added for all card transactions.
Covid-19 Measures (Effective 01/01/2022):
1. Private Appointments (request required) additional $75 fee
2. Adequate PPE available
3. Mask required!
4. Proper cleaning between clients.
5. Contact-less payment availability
6. Proper cleaning and sanitation between patrons
